Reservation Cancellation Conditions

RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, the visitor will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. *If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the start of the trip, the visitor is obligated to pay 35% of the total travel cost. *If the reservation is cancelled 8-29 days before the start of the trip, the visitor is obligated to pay 50% of the total travel cost. *If the reservation is cancelled 0-7 days before the start of the trip, or if the visitor does not check into the accommodation, the visitor is obligated to pay 100% of the total travel cost. *In cases where the VISITOR fails to make the compensation payment arising from this agreement, these fees will be legally demanded from the VISITOR by Villa Nerede through a formal notice or enforcement proceedings.

In such cases, all expenses that may arise (Lawyer, notary, enforcement and filing fees, etc.) are requested from the VISITOR in addition to the fee to be paid.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMstances

*In cases of health risks, epidemics, war, threat of war, social unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters, or death of a first-degree family member of the reservation holder, which are completely beyond our control, if the necessary documents are submitted to our company, the payment made for the reservation will be put on hold to be used for a different reservation, and the transaction will be processed from the total amount of the new reservation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

*In accordance with Article 15, paragraph (g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, prepared based on Articles 48 and 84 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the consumer has the right to withdraw from contracts relating to accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be performed on a specific date or period. The right to withdraw cannot be exercised.
