RENTAL AGREEMENT

PARTIES

The parties to this agreement are defined as Villa Nerede, Customer, and Visitor. The parties are defined as stated in this agreement.

VISITOR

The term refers to, but is not limited to, natural or legal persons who view, request to purchase or rent, or purchase or rent services, rental villas, apartments, residences, and business premises, or other materials available for purchase published on our website.

CUSTOMER

A customer is defined as a natural or legal person who uses our services directly through our website or indirectly through our sites, and who publishes advertisements for villas, apartments, residences, and other services on our site for rental purposes. Customers are also the individuals who rent the property.

RESERVATION PAYMENT

A 30% down payment of the total reservation fee for the villa/apartment/facility you have reserved is required via credit card or bank transfer with your reservation. The remaining amount is paid in CASH on the day of arrival. If the rental fee is in a foreign currency and the visitor wishes to pay in Turkish Lira (TL), the central bank's daily selling price will be used.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit is determined for all reservations, and this amount varies between 250 TL and 2,000 TL depending on the type of apartment or villa.

The person making the reservation pays the damage deposit in CASH upon arrival at the villa/facility. On the day the guest leaves the villa/facility, an authorized representative from the company or the homeowner/manager will inspect the villa/facility, and the damage deposit will be refunded (if there is no damage) upon departure.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES AND DATES

Check-in is after 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. The time between these times is reserved for cleaning the properties and preparing for the next visitor's arrival. Late check-out or early check-in is only permitted in suitable circumstances. Otherwise, the visitor must check out at the specified time. In case of late check-out, the visitor agrees and undertakes to pay for any losses that may arise from this situation.

For arrivals after 7:00 PM (until 11:59 PM), Villa Nerede reserves the right to charge an additional overtime fee of 450 TL if the company's approval has not been obtained. Entry to the villa is not permitted without payment of this fee. The VISITOR is responsible for ensuring their arrival time coincides with these hours before departure. (Entries after 11:59 PM are not accepted.)

CLEANLINESS

All villas are delivered clean upon arrival.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests and demands must be communicated during the reservation process. We will make every effort to accommodate your special requests and demands.

PHOTO ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY

The homeowner guarantees that the villa photos uploaded to the "Villa Nerede" website are exactly the same as the villa's current condition and that they provide guests with accurate information. In the event that any discrepancy is found between the villa in the photographs and the actual villa, the homeowner will take the necessary measures to compensate the guest for any damages incurred and provide an appropriate solution.

CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

* The visitor acknowledges that they have read and understood the agreement and are aware of their rights and obligations.

* The visitor acknowledges that there is no disproportion between the performances agreed upon in the agreement and that the mutual performances are appropriate to the nature of the work, and that they have no lack of experience in the transactions covered by this agreement.

* The visitor acknowledges that they are fully convinced that the transactions included in this agreement are in their best interest and that they will comply with all terms of their own free will, without any difficulty or hardship, thoughtfully, willingly, and knowingly.

* Villa Nerede Kiralama and the visitor acknowledge that the terms of this agreement do not contain any features that could be considered unfair terms and that there is no unfairness in terms of the balance of interests.

These agreement provisions do not contain any unfair terms in accordance with the regulations on unfair terms in consumer contracts.

The terms do not constitute a violation of the principle of honesty and good faith and have been prepared in accordance with consumer protection legislation. These contract terms have also been prepared taking into account the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. The binding nature and content control stipulated in Article 21 of the Code of Obligations have been carried out by the visitor. None of the terms of this contract are extraneous (surprising terms) to the nature of this contract and the specifics of the business.
