Villa Cihan

Villa Cihan is located in the Ovacik area of Oludeniz. Our villa is within walking distance to shopping centres as a location and is located 3 km from Oludeniz Beach. Our villa, which is offered to the service of our valued customers with its world-famous Babadağ view, is built on a 700 square metre plot and has 3 bedrooms with a total capacity of 6 people. 

NOTE: It provides the opportunity to rent together with Villa Kartal, which is located right next to it.

Interior Features of the House; 

Lounge :  Seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, dining table and chairs. 

Kitchen: Modern Open American kitchen, refrigerator, tea machine, kettle, washing machine, built-in oven, 4 'hob, dishwasher, fork, spoon, knife, pots and pans, dinner set, etc. and is fully equipped.

 Garden : Private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, dining table, chairs, hammocks and barbecue

Pool : The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m and the depth is 1.50 cm.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken, etc. in the villa. this fee is refunded on the day of departure in the absence of such situations.

NOTE: Extra 2500 TL cleaning fee is charged for bookings under the minimum stay.

Check-in and Check-out Hours 

Check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and the completion of the deficiencies.

Important Information ;

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guiding services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the neighbourhood. Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, road work, electricity and water cuts may occur.
